Welcome to the mid-May 2026 news from the Leamington Library of
Things.
The last month has been inconsistent in terms of loans out of the
Library – it started out with our best week since we started up and has
then dropped off a bit. But it was also the month when two more
volunteers joined us so that we can now open on Monday morning (10-12),
as well as Wednesday (11am-1pm) and Saturday (2-4pm). Do keep borrowing.
Our Facebook page continues to get a lot of positive attention, new
Followers and lots of Comments and Reactions, so thanks to all of you
being part of that; publicity and recommendations are our lifeline.

access the Library’s inventory, and where you can find more information
about the Library.

Finally, can we remind you that the space where the Library exists in
Bedford Street is very small and we have, in essence, outgrown it. We
would appreciate any help or offers of somewhere we can expand our
storage into – a shed, a garage, a small plot where we could put a shed
or container….
Finally finally, we will be at the Peace Festival a month hence, June
13th and 14th , sharing a plot with the Leam EcoHub, so do come and
see us, introduce yourselves, have a chat …
