There’s something about a bank holiday weekend, especially one with a bit of sunshine, that gives us the motivation to get a few extra things done. This could be tackling a few jobs around the house, getting the garden back into shape, or hosting friends and family.

Unfortunately, this can often result in us buying stuff at the last minute. It could be a tool we might use once, extra chairs we’ll struggle to store, or maybe something for a project we’re not even sure we’ll finish.

That’s exactly why we started the Library of Things.

Instead of buying more “just in case” items, you can borrow what you need, when you need it — whether that’s for a one-off job or trying something out for the first time.

Whatever it is, there’s a good chance we’ve got something that can help. It’s a simple idea, but it makes a real difference. Less clutter at home, less waste overall, and more access to things you might not otherwise buy.

So, if the long weekend has got you thinking about what you might get done, then the Library of Things is a good place to start – if you’ve not had a look at the inventory yet, now’s a great time to explore what’s available.
